  • Window installation and replacement
  • Door installation and replacement
  • In-home consultations and measurements
  • Product selection guidance
  • Weatherproofing and finishing

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Unforeseen structural conditions discovered during installation
  • Changes to product selections or project scope requested by the customer
  • Required permits or code compliance modifications
  • Material price changes from manufacturers

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A signed contract and deposit are required before work begins.

4. Warranty

We provide the following warranty coverage:

  • Installation Workmanship: Lifetime warranty covering defects in installation workmanship, including improper sealing, fitting, or finishing.
  • Product Warranty: All windows and doors carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 years to lifetime, depending on the product. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing with your contract.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit is required upon signing the contract, with the balance due upon completion of installation. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Financing options are available through our third-party financing partners, subject to credit approval. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your contract.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made within 10 business days of signing the contract are eligible for a full deposit refund, provided custom products have not yet been ordered. Once custom products are ordered, the deposit is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete the work as agreed, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
